The roots of our company lie in custom residential design. Good design starts at this intimate scale and is where we train all of our design staff. We design and create exciting outdoor spaces that have a true ‘Sense of Place’ for the user. (see the Landscape Design portion of our site)

Our broad experience in designing community mixed-use centers and Transit Oriented Developments (TOD’s) to community parks and openspaces, is used to design each space with the same care as we do our residential designs. We are passionate about designing for the individual user.Established in 1999, Northland Design Group has offices in American Fork and Heber City, Utah. Northland Design employs licensed landscape architects, designers, land planners with office support staff to better meet our client’s needs.
